IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MBKM DALAM PROGRAM ASISTENSI MENGAJAR STKIP MELAWI DI YAYASAN CAHAYA KEMULIAAN KABUPATEN SANGGAU

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the role of the STKIP Melawi Teaching Assistance Program in supporting the implementation of the MBKM Curriculum at the Cahaya Kemuliaan Sosok Foundation, Sanggau Regency. With a qualitative approach and case study design, data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that this program has succeeded in overcoming challenges such as limited teacher understanding and infrastructure, as well as improving the quality of learning through collaboration between teaching assistant students, teachers, and students. Research recommendations include intensive training for students, improved coordination, and periodic evaluations. This program can be an effective strategy in supporting curriculum implementation, especially in areas with limited resources. Keywords: Curriculum, MBKM, Teaching Assistance.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran Program Asistensi Mengajar STKIP Melawi dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum MBKM di Yayasan Cahaya Kemuliaan Sosok Kabupaten Sanggau. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil mengatasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru dan sarana prasarana, serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui kolaborasi antara mahasiswa asisten mengajar, guru, dan peserta didik. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup pelatihan intensif bagi mahasiswa, peningkatan koordinasi, dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung implementasi kurikulum, terutama di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.
