Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the phonetic and phonemic aspects of the Dayak Randuk. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research technique used was the technique of engaging listening, fishing technique and documentary study technique. The data source used in the study was the sounds of the Dayak Randuk. Based on the phonetic and phonemic analysis of sounds in the Dayak Randuk, it can be concluded as follows. The vowel sound consists of six vowels, namely /i/, /e/, /áµŠ/, /a/, /u/ and /o/. Eighteen consonants are: /p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /c/, /j/, /k/, /g/, /m/, /n/, /Ã¸/, /N/, /s/, /h/, Ã„/, /l/, w/, /y/.Diphthong sounds consist of three phonemes, namely / aw /, / oy / and / ay /.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian iniÂ untuk menjelaskan aspek fonetik dan fonemik Bahasa Dayak Randuk. Metode yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik simak libat cakap, teknik pemancingan dan teknik studi dokumenter. Sumber data penelitian adalah bunyi-bunyi bahasa Dayak Randuk. Berdasarkan analisis fonetik dan fonemik bunyi dalam bahasa Dayak Randuk dapat diartikan sebagai berikut. Bunyi vokal berjumlah enam vokal, yaitu /i/, /e/, /áµŠ/, /a/, /u/ dan /o/. Bunyi konsonan berjumlah delapan belas, yaitu: /p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /c/, /j/, /k/, /g/, /m/, /n/, /Ã¸/, /N/, /s/, /h/, Ã„/, /l/, w/, /y/. Bunyi diftong berjumlah tigaÂ fonem, yaitu /aw/, /oy/ dan /ay/.
