Focus and Scope

An objective of Masa Keemasan: Jurnal Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini(Jurnal PAUD) is to build of knowledge through result of research and fact accross education context.

The scope of the research includes curriculum, teaching-learning, and education quality and management for kindergarden student.

Peer Review Process

  1. The author sends or uploads an article through the Journal Website http://jurnalstkipmelawi.ac.id/index.php/JPD/index
    The article will be received by Editor in Chief.
  2. The Editor in Chief will decide one of member of section editor to be the editor of the manuscript based on field study of the manuscript (section editor member's field of expertise).
  3. The Editor will examine the manuscript based on manuscript selection criteria script and determine whether the manuscript is Accepted or Rejected. If the manuscript does not meet the selection criteria, the manuscript will be rejected, the editor will send it back to the author. The authors are allowed to resend it to the journal after correcting the manuscript based on manuscript selection criteria. If the manuscript meets the selection criteria, the editor will forward it to the reviewers to be reviewed. Between the first received paper and time to send it to the reviewers, it takes about 3-7 days (1 week).
  4. There will be minimum two referees (reviewers) who will examine the paper. They consist of a local reviewer (from STKIP Melawi) and an external reviewer (from other institution/university outside of STKIP Melawi). Both reviewer are experts in the area of study. The reviewers will review the manuscript based on Review Form and their expertise in the field of study. The review process takes time about 3 - 4 weeks after the manuscript received by the reviewer, and the editor is responsible for the process.
  5. The result of the reviews will be sent back to the editor whether accepted with major revision or accepted with minor revision or rejected. Based on two or three result of review, the editor decides whether the manuscript is accepted with major revision or minor revision or rejected.
  6. The article that has been revised and the content is agreed by editor, it will be sent to layout editor.
  7. After layouting,the journal is ready to be published.

Publication Frequency

This Journal Published one volume is two issues on a year. The First issue will be published on January and the last issue will be published on July.

This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors will check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a ithenticate software.

The percentage of the similarity to other articles should be less than 30%.

Bestari: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, use the Lockss system to create a distributed filing system.
Open Journal Systems supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to ensure a secure and permanent archive for the journal. LOCKSS is open source software developed at Stanford University Library that enables libraries to preserve selected web journals by regularly polling registered journal websites for newly published content and archiving it. Each archive is continually validated against other library caches, and if content is found to be corrupted or lost, the other caches or the journal is used to restore it.

Journal History

Jurnal ini sudah terbit sejak tahun 2021 dalam versi online. Jurnal masa keemasan ini per volume sebanyak 2 nomor, dan akan publish di setiap bulan Januari dan Juli. Setiap volume kami hanya menerima 6 artikel untuk di publish.
