PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN STKIP MELAWI

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the influence of
organizational culture and leadership styles on performance of High
School Professor of pedagogy and educational sciences (STKIP) Melawi.
The research sample is the entire faculty at STKIP Melawi totalling 20
people with census techniques. Data collection instruments used are the
likert scale using the now compiled and summarized from various
theories that make it into the variable's operations, while the testing
against the instrument research done through the test validity and
reliability. To test the requirements analysis used Test normality, test its
homogeneity and linearity. The results showed that (1) organizational
culture and leadership style in a partial influence on the performance of a
lecturer STKIP Melawi, (2) organizational culture and leadership styles
simultaneously (simultaneous) effect on performance STKIP Melawi
Lecturer. The results showed that the organizational culture and
leadership style and real effect on performance lecturer, this meaning that
when there is an increase in the culture of the Organization and the
leadership style of then Professor of performance will increase.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya
organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah
Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Melawi. Sampel
penelitian adalah seluruh dosen di STKIP Melawi berjumlah 20
orang dengan teknik sensus. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah angket yang menggunakan skala likert yang
disusun dan dirangkum dari berbagai teori yang di wujudkan
kedalam variable operasional, sedangkan pengujian terhadap
instrument penelitian dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas.
Untuk uji persyaratan analisis digunakan Uji normalitas, uji
homogenitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
(1) Budaya Organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial
berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen STKIP Melawi, (2) Budaya
Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama (simultan)
berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen STKIP Melawi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan
berpengaruh dan nyata terhadap kinerja dosen, hal ini mengandung
makna bahwa apabila ada peningkatan dalam budaya organisasi dan
gaya kepemimpinan maka kinerja dosen akan meningkat.
